Do you ship worldwide?
No, we currently ship within Germany only.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We process orders very quickly. Changes or cancellations must be requested within 12 hours after placing your order.
After that time, we can’t stop the shipment — but you can return your order within 30 days after receiving it.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Shopify Payments, PayPal, Klarna, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX).
When will my order be shipped?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri) and shipped immediately after.
Please note that we don’t ship on weekends or public holidays.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery usually takes 2–7 business days within Germany.
What if I don’t receive my order?
If you haven’t received your order within 30 days after shipping, you are entitled to a full refund.
Will I have to pay customs or taxes?
No — all prices shown include VAT and domestic shipping within Germany.
